This series includes club administrative documents dating from 1899 to 2009. The Poinsettia Club appointed a secretary each year to transcribe detailed minutes of meeting proceedings. These minutes are recorded by hand in notebooks that include a list of attendees and budget information. This series also includes club by-laws and other administrative documents.

This finding aid was made possible in part through funding from the County of Ventura and the Heritage Fund at the Ventura County Community Foundation. This collection is open for research except for Box 2, Folder 1, which is restricted.
