Scope and Contents
This collection contains the articles of incorporation for various businesses, clubs and associations in Ventura County from 1874-1980. The following articles have been noted as missing: 394, 540, 547, 1283, 1400, 1775-1776, 2775, 2803, 2806, 2818, 2822, 2841-2842, 2855, 2874, 3006, 3046, 3975, and 5200.

This collection was donated to the Museum of Ventura County by the County of Ventura, represented by Robert L. Hamm, county clerk and recorder. This collection contains the articles of incorporation for various businesses, clubs and associations in Ventura County from 1874-1980.
Arrangement
This collection has no series. The articles have been assigned ID numbers and are in numerical order based on that number. The ID number for the article appears next to its name. See "Other Finding Aids" for alternative arrangements.
