World War II
Scope and Contents
This collection mainly consists of the personal effects of George C. Power, such as correspondence, certificates, newspaper clippings, and survey books. Also in the collection are items relating to Power family genealogy, ledger sheets for “Road to the Cross” payments, and six photographs that were separated for the library photograph collection. Not all items in the collection, particularly newspaper clippings, are dated, so an estimated date range of 1877-1954 based on the inventory has been provided for the collection.
