This collection contains a wide variety of items collected by Fred Smith. Many items, including photographs, a scrapbook, and blueprints, either belonged to or refer to A.L. Hobson and family. Other people refered to in this collection include Mrs Frances Miriam Rice, Miss Mary K. Brown, Helen D. Barnard, and Henry Amos Flint. There is also a list of Assessed Valuation and Taxes for Ventura County from 1913 and several books on military and on education.
